Reviews of Nehalem are out but the actual Core i7 processors will start selling as of 17th of November. The distribution channel already has these CPUs, production has started quite some time ago, and most of the motherboards are ready. The boards will be the expensive part, as they will sell from €250 to €350, while the cheapest Core i7 will be selling for $284.
