The deliveries are made with couriers, unless it's mentioned otherwise.

We don't make deliveries in sunday and official holidays.

All products are sent after confirmation from the client.

The ordered products can be refused only in these cases:
- not complied with the stated amount;
- not complied with the stated Trade Mark;
- when there is a discrepancy between ordered and delivered products. In this case the products are replaced within 72 hours after the client application.

Upon receipt and payment of products, the customer can make complaints and to request reimbursement of the amount paid by him when:
- The customer can make complaints within 48 hours from receipt of a product, if it has a hidden defect that can not be established upon its receipt.
- The customer has the right to return products purchased by him within 14 days of receipt in case that it will be returned in the form in which it is obtained without being used, without being compromised the integrity of the pack as all costs of transportation of this product shall be borne by the customer

Apart from the cases, the customer has no right to refuse to take or pay the ordered products.
